Getting Started

Q: How do I download and set up the SMRT-E app?
A: Download SMRT-E from the app store, sign in with your company credentials, and follow the setup instructions.
Q: Can I use SMRT-E in different languages?
A: Yes! SMRT-E supports multiple languages. Go to Settings > Language to select your preferred language.

Using Voice Commands

Q: How do I log my daily work?
A: Select the report that you wish to complete and SMRT-E will ask you which project you are working on.
Q: Can I interrupt SMRT-E
A: Yes, to the right of the microphone image, there is an image of vertical lines. To cut off SMRT-E to speed up reporting, press this button and give SMRT-E your response.

Managing Projects

Q: How do I report a safety issue?
A: Ask SMRT-E to complete a safety form. It will then ask you to a series of questions to complete the report.
Q: How do I complete an RFI?
A: Ask, “What’s the latest update on my project?” to get real-time status reports.

Troubleshooting & Support

Q: What if my voice command isn’t working?
A: Ensure your microphone is enabled in settings and try speaking clearly. If the issue persists, you can use the keyboard function or restart the app.
Q: Why is the app not working normally?
A: Check to see if there is an app update. Update the app and then restart.
Q: Where can I find information on FAQs?
A: Tap FAQ & Support in the app menu and you will be directed to the FAQ page.
